1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the hy77 website accessible at hy77.io and all associated services, products, and features made available to registered users.
• "User" / "Player" / "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered a personal account on the hy77 platform and has agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account held by a User on the hy77 platform, through which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total BDT funds held in a User's hy77 account at any given time, inclusive of any eligible bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to BDT deposits made by the User through approved payment methods, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.

• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services provided by hy77 to registered Users.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of hy77 services, you must register a personal account on the platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) hy77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify hy77 customer support immediately.
• hy77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers a security review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• hy77 accounts are strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to access or use your hy77 account on your behalf. You may not transfer your account or any balance it holds to another individual.
• Corporate accounts, group accounts, and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted on the hy77 platform.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the hy77 platform and all associated gambling and betting services is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hy77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services and will not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You are accessing the hy77 platform for your own personal use only and are not acting on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.

Where age verification cannot be completed to hy77's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held pending resolution. Any winnings accrued by a User who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be voided and forfeited.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hy77 account credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must never share your password with any third party. hy77 customer support staff will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from hy77 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including any wagers placed or withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised those actions, unless you have notified hy77 of unauthorised access in advance.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hy77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance. hy77 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically reflect in your hy77 wallet within 90 seconds of a completed mobile financial service transaction. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for fully verified accounts typically process within 1–6 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• hy77 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside hy77's control.

• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account as a result of a technical error or processing mistake, hy77 reserves the right to reverse that credit at any time. If you have wagered any portion of an erroneously credited amount before the error is identified, hy77 reserves the right to void the associated wagers and recover the erroneously credited funds from your available balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hy77 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all hy77 promotional offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money funds. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your hy77 account. Real money funds are used first when placing wagers; bonus funds are applied only when your real money balance reaches zero, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on the hy77 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where a specific "cash out" or "bet edit" feature is available and expressly offered by hy77 for a given market.
• In the event of a match, game, or event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, hy77 will settle affected bets in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport as published in the hy77 House Rules. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible, all bets on match-winner markets will be voided and stakes returned.

• hy77 operates a strict anti-match-fixing and sports integrity policy. Any User found to have placed bets in connection with the fixing or manipulation of a sporting event, or who is found to have insider knowledge of the outcome of an event prior to its public announcement, will have their account permanently closed and all winnings forfeited. hy77 reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.
• hy77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or for any individual account at any time, at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

8 Casino Games

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or avoiding a previous account closure.

10 Responsible Gaming
